Exchanges and returns

Boogie Naipe Store guarantees the quality and origin of the products offered. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and transport damage , following the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code (Article 49) .

The consumer may cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, provided that the purchase was made outside the commercial establishment , such as on the website or other digital channels.

Return, Cancellation due to Regret or Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel or return a product due to regret or withdrawal, please contact us by email [insert support email] within 7 calendar days after receiving the order . You must inform the order number or invoice , as well as the reason for the return.

For a return to be accepted, products must meet the following criteria:

✔ Show no signs of use

✔ Be returned in the original packaging , with all accessories, manuals and invoice

After the 7 Day Period

If the request occurs after the period of 7 calendar days , the product will be analyzed for repair or maintenance , in accordance with current legislation. If a manufacturing defect is identified, Boogie Naipe Store has a period of up to 30 days to solve the problem .

If the repair is not carried out within this period, the customer may choose to:

✔ Exchange the product for a new one

✔ Refund of the amount paid

✔ Credit for a new purchase
